Mochi ice cream is a mochi filled with traditional ice cream. Instead, our Mochi Cream are made with exclusive pastry creams and mousses, designed to surprise. When working with iced cream, we can incorporate natural fruit purees (crushed fresh fruit) and achieve a unique texture. When thawed, the cream becomes soft, fluffy and silky, taking the mochi experience to a whole new level.

Yes! Our mochis are gluten-free. None of the ingredients we handle in our facilities have them.

No, they are not because they contain ingredients of animal origin although we are working on developing a range of vegan flavors.
Noku mochi are an iced snack that stays frozen. Letting them rest at room temperature for about 5 minutes softens the mochi rice dough, making it more elastic and rubbery, and on the other hand, the iced cream is much fluffier and creamier.
To enjoy Noku Mochi at its best, we don't recommend refreezing it once defrosted.
